What is Happiness?

Happiness, contrary to what we may have been conditioned to believe as children, is our birthright. We may have been molded to believe that happiness involves other people around us. Our young thinking minds say if I behave in a certain way i will be happy or make someone else happy. Our happiness is not outside of ourselves. The journey is alot about removing the programming.
One must begin to look within
As we walk the road to empowerment, healing, and ancension one must begin to look within. How does happiness feel? How do we define happiness for ouselves? What goals do we work on to rely on ourselves to achieve and obtain it? Happiness can be achieved. It is our choice, our ability to feel good. Gratitude for the gift of seeing with new eyes becomes present. Our desire to strive for happiness beckons joy into our lives. Outside triggers no longer affect our state of being. The law of attraction gives us insight that if we align our feelings and thoughts we can manifest our desires. Life was never intended to be less than happy. We can find freedom and be happy.

We need to get out of our thinking minds, a mentor once told me. Feeling with the heart makes our heart sing. we can rise to true happiness. IT IS AN INSIDE JOB. Happiness is the consequence of personal effort. You fight for it, strive for it, insist upon it, and sometimes even travel around the world for it. You have to participate relentessly in the manifestation of your own blessing. Once u have achieved a state of happiness you must never become lax about maintaining it.
