  • Give up complaining

    If you keep complaining you are not taking responsibility for your life and your actions. Complaining is just another way of blaming something else for what has gone wrong. If you want something to change, you need to change your responses to the situations that arise. You are the one who has chosen to stay, to go, to eat that junk food, to watch TV every evening, to take the job, to stay on the job, to leave, not to exercise, or whatever the problem may be. Do not to complain about the things that you have chosen. Instead you can start making better choices. You can change your responses and thereby you change the results.

  • Do not get caught up in drama

    Drama is the number one problem for many people. If you have people creating drama in your life and you are staying, you are contributing to the drama. If you are allowing someone to keep creating drama in your life, you are actually choosing drama. If you are the one creating drama by stirring up feelings, by telling others about drama, by complaining, or anything else that causes extreme feelings in some way in the people around you, you need to stop doing that.There comes a time when you need to grow up and step up, to get to a better place in your life. I do not say this in a harsh or cruel way. I understand that there is a lot of hardship, difficulties, and pain behind every person that creates drama, or allows drama to exist in their lives. There is a lot of conditioning that has been going on for a very long time during the formative years.Often the dramatic people have witnessed drama all through youth and adolescence. So if you break this negative cycle of drama, you will help people around you to get a better life, with more joy and peace. There needs to be a hero to take that first step and change negative patterns that have been going on for generations. There needs to be someone who recognizes that there can be a better future and a more prosperous one, and therefore will take that risk, go that extra mile, expand their thinking, and do something really awesome for their family, friends, and relatives. When you open up for possibilities you will also help others do the same. You will make life better for a lot of people if you just will do it for yourself first!

  • Make better choices

    You probably already know what kind of bad choices you are making. You probably know what is ruining things for you. Are you eating well? Are you exercising the way you should? Are you taking care of yourself in a good way? Are you working hard? Do you have good work ethics? Do you have good relationships? Do you have a stable economy? Do you have food on the table and a roof over your head?This is the time to make better choices and change the things that you know are bad for you. Just choose one area to improve upon at a time. Make some changes and see them through. If you want to improve your health, make your health a project in your life. This project needs a timeframe, a deadline, and you need to be held accountable to someone for the things that you are about to do. This will help you keep your resolve and go through with everything to see the results that you want.

  • Choose new approaches

    The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. To get you results you need to choose a new approach. If you take a random approach and a random action or a random reaction, you will get a random result. To get controlled results you need to take the right action at the right time for the right reasons. What this means to you will be very individualized. What success means to one person may not be success for somebody else. That is why it’s so important for you to decide what you want, find out how to do it, and be held accountable so you carry through.You might have to do some research before you decide on a plan of action. You might have to make a survey to find out what people really want and need. You might have to interview some people, Get some expertise, learn more about it, find out what ways other people use, find your own path, and then you can take action. When something negative keeps repeating in your life, there is something you need to do differently, something you have to learn. The problem is that most of the time we do not see what we do not understand. This is why we need to subject ourselves to things that we wouldn’t normally choose. When you hear the truth you will recognize it. But the truth may also hurt. This is why you need to keep your mind open and listen with your heart.

  • Celebrate victories

    This final step may seem unnecessary to you, but it’s actually vital. If you do not celebrate your victories, you will have nothing to look forward to. As you celebrate your victories you raise your vibrations in this world and this will give you more of a momentum. Your excitement, your joy, your gratefulness will open new doors and create new opportunities for you. As you celebrate with the people that you love, you will give them the momentum as well. You will be teaching them to enjoy their lives and create the future they want and deserve.Celebrating is a way of paving the road for more success. If you are a parent and you give your children gifts that they are not grateful for, it is not likely that you will enjoy it giving them gifts anymore. It is the same way with the universe. If you are grateful and happy about the gifts that you get, you will get more gifts. There will be doors opening up for you, possibilities that will present themselves to you, opportunities that will appear before you, just because you celebrate and because you are grateful for what you get, when you get it!
